What is your return policy?

Clients are able to return/exchange merchandise within 10 business days of receiving merchandise. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, and with original tags.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

What if my jewelry breaks?

Clients are able to return broken jewelry for repair within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Shipping is the responsibility of the client. All materials must be included in the return to repair.
